Dealer Agreement
This agreement is between Triple T Holsters LLC, Kemah, Texas ("Triple T"), and the approved retail business named in the dealer application ("Dealer"). It starts on the date Triple T approves the application.
- Authorized dealer. Triple T appoints Dealer as a non-exclusive authorized dealer of Triple T products at the store location(s) listed in the application. Triple T may appoint other dealers in any area.
- No minimum order. There is no minimum opening order and no minimum reorder. Dealer may order any quantity of any product.
- Ordering. Dealer orders and pays through the Triple T Dealer Portal. Radio holsters and custom work are quoted by email to thompson@tripletholsters.com or by phone at 832-864-2389. Each order needs the holster model, firearm or radio make and model, weapon light (if any), hand (right or left), and quantity. An order is accepted when payment clears.
- Pricing. Dealer pays the dealer prices on the current Triple T Dealer Price List. Triple T may change prices with 30 days' written notice. Orders accepted before a price change keep the old price. Custom Kydex, special colors and non-standard hardware are quoted separately.
- Lead times. Products are made to order in Texas. Triple T will give an estimated ship date when it confirms each order. Estimates are not guarantees.
- Resale only. Dealer buys products for resale to end customers. Dealer must give Triple T a valid Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (Form 01-339) or the equal form from Dealer's state. Without one, Triple T will charge sales tax.
- Where Dealer may sell. Dealer may sell in its physical store(s) and on its own store website. Dealer may not sell Triple T products on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay or Walmart Marketplace), or to other resellers for resale, without Triple T's written permission.
- Advertised prices. Triple T's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is a separate policy that Triple T sets and enforces on its own. Dealer sets its own selling prices.
- Agency and department sales. If Dealer brings Triple T an order from a law enforcement agency or other department, Triple T will fill it through Dealer at dealer price so Dealer keeps the margin, unless Dealer asks Triple T to sell to the agency directly.
- Brand use. Dealer may use Triple T's name, logo and product photos to advertise Triple T products. Dealer may not change the logo or use it in a way that suggests Triple T endorses other products. This permission ends when this agreement ends.
- Warranty and defects. Triple T warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for [1 year / lifetime] from the date Dealer receives them. Dealer reports a defect within that period with photos. Triple T will repair, replace or credit the item, at its choice, and pays return shipping on approved defect claims. Normal wear, misuse and changes made by the end customer are not covered.
- Returns. Non-defective standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, with prior approval, for credit less a 15% restocking fee. Dealer pays return shipping. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Wrong fit. If Triple T ships a holster for a different model than Dealer ordered, Triple T replaces it at no charge and pays shipping both ways.
- Product safety. Dealer will not represent Triple T products as rated, certified or approved to any standard unless Triple T states it in writing. Dealer will pass Triple T's care and fit instructions on to customers.
- Term and ending. This agreement continues until either side ends it with 30 days' written notice. Triple T may end it right away if Dealer does not pay on time, breaks section 7, or harms Triple T's brand. Dealer still pays for products already shipped.
- Dealer portal. Portal access is for Dealer's own staff. Dealer keeps dealer pricing confidential and does not share its login. Triple T may remove access when this agreement ends.
- General. Texas law governs. Disputes are handled in Galveston County, Texas. Either side's liability is limited to the price of the products involved. This agreement, the Dealer Price List, Payment Terms and Freight Policy are the whole agreement. Changes must be in writing.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
Triple T Holsters LLC adopts this policy on its own to protect the Triple T brand and the dealers who invest in carrying it. It is not an agreement, and Triple T will not negotiate it with any dealer.
- What it covers. This policy covers only the price a dealer advertises for new Triple T products. Dealers are free to set their own selling prices in the store, by phone, or in a private quote.
- The MAP price. MAP for each product is listed on the current Triple T Dealer Price List. Triple T may change MAP at any time with notice.
- What counts as advertising. Any price shown to the public: websites and online stores, Google Shopping and other product feeds, social media posts, email blasts, print ads, fliers, catalogs and in-store signs placed outside the store. It also covers "add to cart for price" and coupon codes advertised for Triple T products.
- What is allowed. Advertising at or above MAP. Saying "call for price" or "see in store." Store-wide sales that do not name Triple T products or show a Triple T price. Prices given in person, by phone, or in a reply to one customer.
- What is not allowed. Advertising any Triple T product below MAP. Advertising a free item or gift card with a Triple T product that brings the effective price below MAP.
- Enforcement. Triple T monitors advertised prices. If a dealer advertises below MAP, Triple T may, at its sole discretion and without discussion: (1) send a written notice; (2) on a second occurrence within 12 months, pause new orders for 60 days; (3) on a third occurrence, end the dealer relationship. Triple T may skip steps.
- No discussion. Triple T employees will not discuss or negotiate this policy, other dealers' pricing or any dealer's compliance. Questions go in writing to thompson@tripletholsters.com.
- Changes. Triple T may change or end this policy at any time.
Payment Terms
Dealers pay in full when they place each order, on Square's secure checkout page. There are no invoices, no credit terms (no Net 30) and no buy now, pay later options such as Afterpay or Klarna.
- How to pay: credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Square checkout in the Dealer Portal.
- When work starts: made-to-order items go into production once payment clears. Square emails a receipt right away.
- Order changes: if Triple T can't build an item as ordered, Triple T will contact Dealer and refund that item in full.
- Sales tax: not charged on dealer orders, because a valid resale certificate is required to become a dealer.
Freight & Shipping Policy
Orders of $500 or more ship free in the lower 48 states. Smaller orders pay a flat $15 shipping charge at checkout.
- Ships from: Kemah, Texas (FOB origin).
- Carrier: Triple T picks the carrier (USPS or UPS Ground) unless Dealer asks for another service. Dealer pays the difference for expedited shipping or its own carrier account.
- Local pickup: free at Triple T in Kemah by appointment.
- Alaska, Hawaii and outside the U.S.: quoted per order.
- Tracking: Triple T emails tracking when the order ships.
- Damage or shortages: report them within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the box and products. Triple T files the carrier claim and replaces damaged items. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled.
- Refused or unclaimed shipments: Dealer pays shipping both ways.
